This session is a 26 asanas series and 2 breath exercises designed to scientifically stretch and warm muscles, ligaments, and tendons.

Hot Pilates

A full-body, high-energy workout combining Pilates principles with heat and upbeat music. Unlike running or jumping workouts, Inferno Hot Pilates is low impact and performed on a yoga mat to protect your joints and muscles while still giving you maximum burn. The practice improves circulation, increases flexibility, strengthening your core, and enhances coordination, making it a safe and supportive option for all levels. Optional weights and resistance bands add toning, glute activation, and core strength, Perfect complement to your 26&2 Hot Yoga practice!

Vinyasa

It’s our most popular class for a reason. A dynamic, full-body yoga practice combining traditional Ashtanga sequences with the flowing, creative style of Vinyasa in a slightly warm room. Build strength, flexibility, and endurance while deepening your breath and mindfulness. Safe for all levels, this class energizes the body and calms the mind.

Flow and Restore Yoga

A harmonious blend of dynamic movement and deep relaxation, Flow & Restore Yoga begins with a gentle and flowing sequence that warms the body, builds strength, and improves flexibility. This is followed by restorative poses held longer with the support of props to release tension, calm the nervous system, and promote deep relaxation. Ideal for all levels, this class balances energy and stillness, leaving you both revitalized and peaceful.
